Q: What is the cost for interior design?
A: We quote for this separately and the cost is determined by the size and scope of works. Every project is different.

Q: Do we require interior design?
A: If you want the best possible look and feel for your home, then the answer is an absolute yes. Our interior designer has trained for many years and knows materials, colours, can create detailed construction drawings which are required for built in furniture and how to make the best of the space, based on your requests.
We can do renovations without interior design but it requires much more careful planning and management of the project. We advise clients to have interior design done, but are happy to discuss projects without it and see if it is something that can be done without it.

Q: Do you do only one bathroom or just one room ?
A: No, not normally. We specialize in complete renovations or main parts. We do not do only one room.

Q: How long does a project usually take?
A: It always depends on the scope and complexity of the work as well as the materials required, but an average sized condo can take 3 to 4 months. Larger condo’s and houses take longer and more time is required.

Q: What do your clients need to do to prepare for a project?
A: Once contracts are signed and first payment has been made, the only thing our clients need to do, is remove all their personal belongings and property. We will do the rest. We carry our all demolition and renovations works.

Q: Will I need someone need to be home when the work is being done?
A: No, our clients are provided a schedule at the start of their project. All we need is just a key. We have an experienced foreman on site and a project manager of many years’ experience visits too.

Q: What about pricing?
A: After surveying the competition, we know we may not be the least expensive, however we are fair, and certainly not the most expensive.

Q: I want built in furniture, windows and doors. Can you help?
A: Yes. We can custom make built in furniture for you, revamp old wood den floors, replace floors and make new custom-made doors and windows.

Q: I want to buy tiles and bathroom fittings by myself, could you suggest the right places?
A: Definitely. If we are contracted to do your project, we will suggest the best shop for you to buy and help you.

Q: Do you take out insurance on the works during construction ?
A: Yes most definitely. You should have your own insurance for your properties value. We normally take out works insurance which covers the works and any third-party damage.
